Reintroducing Dairy....

I have been dairy fee since LO was about 3 weeks old. I am wondering when would be a good time to try reintroducing dairy to my diet. Has anyone else reintroduced dairy or plan to soon? Has anyone talked to their doctor about when would be a good time? Just trying to get an idea. Thanks!

I have inadvertently re-introduced recently, it didn't go well. I'll probably try again around 6 months.

My pedi originally said to wait until at least 4-5 months old.

I would probably wait until 6 months. Many outgrow MSPI by 6-9 months. If it doesn't go well then wait another 2 weeks and try again.

The chiropractor told me to try when the first teeth pop through. This tends to indicate a maturing digestive system that is getting ready for solids. I thought that was a better timeline to follow than a random "months" indicator.
