I have had a huge and painful clogged duct since last night that i couldn't fix with the pump or nursing this morning... but baby girl just got it unplugged for me! Thank you! I know some others here have had mastitis (sorry you had to go through that! ) and with every clogged duct i get i pray that's not me too.

If you're getting them frequently I would start taking lecithin to help prevent them.
