This explains my POV much more succinctly than I attempted on Page 1 or 2. Just bc kids will eventually be exposed to something doesn't mean HEY LETS DO IT NOW! I'm sure a one year old would really really like some Oreos for a snack, and I'm sure that same one year old will get to eat Oreos at some point later in life...doesn't mean I'm handing out Oreos at playgroup.

I'm pretty sure I have a lot of UOs and FFFCs that would get me flamed to high heaven.
Every morning I get up with both kids and get them settled- DS1 with breakfast and DS2 in the exersaucer-and I put Nemo on so that I can pee and make coffee in peace.

Here's my confession: I'm currently coercing two of my close acquaintances to start a mini mommy and me group. One's daughter is 4 weeks younger than Dylan and the other was born about 4 weeks ago. I think we can all become very close since women usually lose their close friends who don't have kids. I'm sure we could all use the support since we are all going through some of the same things
