Your dinner sounds great! I'm thinking either a grilled chicken salad or a grilled cheese sandwich. I don't have much desire to cook and I don't really want anything fast food.

Kielbasa with sauerkraut and pierogis! Not the most nutritious meal but I've been craving polish food!

It is just after lunch here. I have not even thought about dinner. Although I will most likely be on my own. DH has a meeting late.

Chinese food take out....kitchen will be functional on Friday after 6 weeks of renovation!!! Ahhhh can't wait to cook ALL THE FOODS!!! Take out and fast food get old very quickly.

BBQ chicken, salad with veggies from our garden and beans, baked beans maybe. Yum!

I agree.

But I hate salmon. Such a waste, being an hour or so from some of the freshest salmon you could possibly get.

I'm supposed to be making a pampered chef spagetti recipe. I heated leftovers for DS and I may just heat up canned soup for me. DH isn't hungry he says.

I bought cans of chunky beef barley soup and a loaf of asiago cheese bread from the bakery. High class chef over here.

The best thing about spaghetti is that it's always better the second day.  It's like the sauce gets super powers!

It is so much better the second day! Its like the sauce sticks to the pasta perfect and meatballs are extra yummy!

I'm making a sausage marinara out of the garden tomato surplus, so we'll have that over whole wheat pasta with some Mozarella cubes (I cannot. get. enough. cheese.) Probably a cucumber salad and some steamed garden green beans on the side. I'm looking forward to eating dinner but not really looking forward to making it.
