Pregnant after 35

Anyone try Diclegis for morning sickness?

The new OB recommend diclegis for morning sickness. It is a prevention pill that you take daily (instead of zofran as-needed). I just wondered if it worked and what you thought of it!

Re: Anyone try Diclegis for morning sickness?

  • I had a prescription for it but never filled it bc they quoted me $250 for it compared to $10 for Zofran, but the pharmacist mentioned it is just a combo of Vit B (b6 I think but not sure) and Unisom, the sleep med. so in theory you could take those two in the same proportion and make it work.

Everything I read about it online said it is really effective.

  • Yes! It worked but it made me drowsy. I had to take it at night before I went to sleep.
