Okay, give me a run down of how you think this "really went". 

I was prepared to do battle, I mean BATTLE, for two embies today. When RE came in and pulled out the report (they literally feed it to you through a little door in the wall lol) he came over and showed me that of our 5 one was an "excellent 4ba" (his words when he saw it initially through the little door were "OH YEAH") and then we have four morulas. (What does this mean in the grading process?!)  He said that we could have some to freeze or none and we'd know tomorrow. I was shocked.  I really, really thought after our report that we'd have more than one graded and ready to go today.  Can anyone give me feedback about this?

So, he gave me the picture of my little bug (it looks like a pillbug ) and the petri dish it's been nestled up in.  He did the transfer and he and the nurse both seemed very happy with how it went in.  I laid there for 10-15 minutes and RE went out of his way to be chatty.  (This makes me less comforted and more nervous because all I can think is, "Do you REALLY think this was a good transfer or are you thinking something else secretly?" I'm paranoid.)

Afterward DH and I got ready to leave, I thanked the doctor who did ER last week (super nice guy) and went to the bathroom before we left.  They warned me about "pink stuff" but there was no pink stuff- only a MICROSCOPIC red dot on the toilet paper.  OMG I swear I was like, "What is this?! What color are embryos?!" I never did get to ask... Very weird.

My discharge papers say something along the line of taking it easy but the nurse emphasized not overly resting today; she said to take a walk and go get lunch.  SO DH and I walked through a mall to get Chipotle and the entire time I wondered, "F should I be doing this? Why am I doing this?"  

Everything else has been very quiet since though.  I am genuinely concerned about how this little guy is doing and also even more concerned that we will have no frosties.  

Sooo... Does that sound like a good visit, a decent visit, something shady? lol  Help me analyze.

IFinTN ?! I thought it was the other way around!  Oh, I hope you're right.

So, I'm definitely no pro having only done my first IVF last week but it sounds very promising to me (the 4ba lil guy)...hopefully you trust your RE enough that he knows what is best for you. As for the 4 morulas, FX they keep growing and you get some frosties out of it too.

Those were super helpful to read! SO glad I posted that question or I probably would have kept thinking that BA is a bad combination.

Congrats on being PUPO! Sounds like it went really went. I know it feels like the embryo will fall out, but it won't. The dot of red was likely from your cervix. And a lot of my blasts didn't become blasts until day six, either, and my doc told me there's no difference in the success rates.

It sounds like it went great to me! In terms of activity, my docs have said take it relatively easy, but mild activity is better than bed rest. You want blood flow to the uterus.

Thanks for making me feel better @pblge. I know it's already done at this point, but all I can do now is stare at the picture of my embie and wonder "what if____".

I hope you don't mind me posting here! I know this may be a little TMI but I was pretty constipated after ER and only a few hours after ET, I had to go to the bathroom really bad. To make a long story short, after I went, I panicked. Like real, full on panic attack that I had somehow pushed one or both of them out. I know they are really sticky but there was no reasoning in my IF brain. Also, I am a belly sleeper and as hard as I tried not to, I always ended up sleeping on my belly despite falling asleep on my side. I was convicted that I either pushed them out or crushed them while sleeping. Neither happened I know that it's hard not to worry but the truth is that worrying won't do you any good. Your little embie is all tucked in, hopefully for the next 9 months!

YES! DH does not understand why I am worried.  It feels so personal- like I'm going to screw it up and then it will always be my fault.  I have been crying all night.  It felt a little hormonal, but maybe it's just me and not hormones. lol

It sounds like everything went very well! The 2ww is brutal. I had a mental breakdown over pineapple on the day of ET. It's high emotions. Good luck and congratulations on being PUPO!
