Hello. Wasn't aware of the intro part of this forum. But makes sense te more I read about it.

My name is Courtney. My husband and I found out we were pregnant the week before we got married(june15th) we found out at our first appointment we may lose the baby. Last week, August 4th, I MC our baby and was rushed to the hospital due to loss of blood. We are not waiting to recover to try again. We are 23 years old and I know most thing that's yound but we have our careers, our own home and each other. We would now like a family.

When did your doctor say you could start trying again? I think all of us can appreciate not wanting to wait, but it's important to recieve medical clearance first.

First, I am sorry for your loss and that you find yourself here.  Second, I hope that you meant to say "We are now waiting to recover..."  If your doctor hasn't given you clearance to TTC, please wait to do so.  I understand wanting to try right away, but please let your body heal first.  Ask your doctor how long you need to wait and why so you understand his/her reasoning.

I'm sorry for your loss. Please talk with your dr before ttc, if you are advised to wait please do so. I had back to back losses (with dr's clearance) and ignoring the physical part of that toll on my body, the emotional aspect was devastating. You need time to heal physically and emotionally

I'm sorry for your loss. PP have covered everything, but because of its importance I'm going to say it again. You need to listen to your doctor and wait before trying again. We all know how much you want have a baby, but getting pregnant again sooner than advised could end up emotionally and physically devastating for you. Of course you are welcome here, but we are all going to support your doctors advice to wait. ((Hugs))

Welcome! I'm sorry for your loss and I hope you find the comfort that you need here. As others have said make sure your doctor is alright with you trying again. I also had 2 losses very close together with permission, and it's hard on you emotionally. We all know the drive to have kids, but you don't want to make your wait longer by rushing if your doctors told you to wait! Good luck!

Thank you everyone. I believe I am on the wrong board since we are not trying to concieve yet. Sorry to waist everyone's time I'm just new at this and the groups get a little confusing. I'll be back when we heal and are trying. For not it's just a loss and we are trying to heal.

You can stay here if you want to.  I, as well as other ladies, are TTA (trying to avoid) right now.  There's a TTA check-in if you'd like to join us.  There is also the M/C board if you'd like to hang out there.

@cbmikk‌ no one was telling you to leave!! Everyone welcomed you, and cautioned you on waiting based on the sentence in your intro: "We are NOT waiting to recover to try again." Was that a typo?

The TTA check in is for women who are waiting to TTC for any reason. If you stay you'll get to know the women here while you wait and will already have formed friendships when you start TTC.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  You absolutely do not have to leave.  Like the pp have said TTA is part of TTC.  Many of us (me included) are benched for various reason.  I only joined this board a couple of weeks ago, but I have found so much support and understanding here.  Please be kind to yourself.
