were the headaches a side effect of the spinal or from actually sitting up??


Side effect of spinal or epidural more than likely. They may want you to lay flat so that the spot they injected the meds has time to calm and kinda heal for a couple hours and fluid won't leak out but it's kind of a commonish side effect.
