Same here, @jcwinsto. I learned I can't use the thin ones bc I leak right thru those bad boys at night. So, I'm back to Johnson & Johnson. I can't believe that others don't need them bc I'd leak during let down every time.

I quit wearing them once my supply regulated - about 4 weeks. I voted formula feeding, since that's what we've been doing since 5m, but before that I hadn't worn them for a loooong time. If we were going on a special date or something I wore them just in case, but never actually leaked.
I picked "never did," but that's not completely true. I did wear them a bit in the first 2 or so weeks just in case, but I never actually needed them. I think I leaked one time ever.
I don't need them during the day but occasionally need them overnight. I keep them by the bed now and if I wake up feeling full I'll use them. I don't need them every night though and I don't like to waste them, but often the nights I think I won't need them (for ex. after a few nights of no leaking) are the nights I wake up in a puddle.

Have you considered using Milkies or a milk saver to catch that leaked milk?
I use a breast shell to collect leaks and save it to feed him later in a bottle.
