@najzomax I'm still keeping my eyes open but have pretty much taken a break from applying. I am discouraged and exhausted. I figure I will give myself a break while I head back to school in the fall and try to get knocked up. I am going to sit down soon and pen a letter to my CEO inquiring about opportunities to advance in the company and what I can do to make myself more of an asset to them. It's worth a try.
