Dr brown nipple flow level 1 too slow and level 2 fast -- any suggestions ?

Hi, my lo is 6 months. He has severe Gerd and anxiety with feeding .. He seems to be comfortable with level 1 but it take 1-1.5 hours to finish 3-4 oz formula. With level 2 he has some leaking and does frequent rejections before he start dozing off and take he formula.. He is able to finish in 7-15min. .. I am looking for some thing in between level 1 and 2. Any one has similar issues ? Using other brand nipple with dr brown bottles that work ?? Thank you

    Do they have variable flow nipples? I know tommy tippee does. They control how much they get.
    Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!); 
    Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  
    Clomid + Trigger x2; 
    IUI + Femara x1,
    IUI + Follistim x2;
    IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.
    IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life. 
    Identical twin miracle BOYS (!!) headed our way- due date is technically 2/4/14 but c section is scheduled for 1/7!

    You could try avent size 2 nipples... They are for 1m+. They may be what you are looking for.
