Oh my God this baby is never coming out!!! 3:46am and my hips basically locked in place and it hurt so bad to get up to pee. 2 days past due date and night time sucks!!
Please someone tell me the hip pain stops almost immediately after birth. Please. Lie to me if you have to. This very well may be my last Saturday without a kid (I find out my options with a new OB about my breech kid on Monday) and I've been up since around 5am.
Omg, I can't even. I went to sleep around midnight and was up at 2 and again at 4. Now it's almost 6:30 and I'm sitting in my recliner w ice on my crotch. This pelvic pain is something else. Combine that w the hip and leg pain and the constant cramps, pains, and BH, and I just can't. I'm now 39 weeks and have a doc appt on Monday. I was dilated to a one last week, and I'm really hoping all of this torment means that things are continuing to progress. We're almost there, ladies (reminding myself too)!

This. Is. Bullshit!
I don't know about everyone else, but my hip pain DID go away almost immediately after birth! Sure there's lots of other weird pains/stuff, but it doesn't hurt to get in and out of bed, and I don't feel like my hips going to give out when I walk. Hopefully you have a similar experience!

My hips were killing me last week and I went to the chiropractor and he said it was my round ligament tightening up and pulling the baby into a weird position. He did a few Webster moves and some pressure points around my uterus near my hips and magically I've had no pain! It was amazing. 5 minutes of work and I could walk again.
