FST question

Are FSTs pretty comparable in absorbency to NB prefolds? My 3 week old soaks through NB BG AIOs, while prefolds hold everything great. So I'm wondering if I should get FSTs to replace the BG...or more prefolds. I love the FST price tag though.

I think the prefolds absorb a little more but the nice thing about FSTs is that you can still use them when baby grows out of the newborn prefold size. You might just need to change your LO a little sooner with a FST.

Hmm. I would have said a FST holds a little more than a NB prefold. Maybe around what a small prefold holds. I've used FSTs on my LO since he was around a year old & usually we change every 1.5 -2 hours. I have to use two for naps though.

Oh yeah, that's true. I was thinking infant size prefolds, not newborn.
