Husband and I realized that our little gherkin was conceived the night we had a threesome! LOL. (2 girls 1 guy)

Anyone else have weird conception stories? I was conceived on a pool table one drunken night in a crowded bar. Fortunately my mom found my dad in that bar again a few weeks later. LOL

Yeah...

I got pregnant on one of 3 days we planned sex to hit the fertile window during my SOs 6 day work week with 12 hour shifts. It was likely a quickie when he got home from work before he went to bed and I went to work.

Hey, me too! Actually, mine was a sixsome (is that a word?). DH, me, RE, 2 ultrasound techs, and the guy that watched over our embryos the previous 4 days. Anyone else afraid to pee after that? I was determined it was coming right back out.

I had a really nice vaginal ultrasound, went home and filled a syringe with Ovidrel, loaded that into my belly, then set an alarm to have sex at 6am and then again at 6pm. Probably not our best performance.

We were getting married/on our honeymoon, but you still have us way beat, since all things were tame by that comparison. The private plunge pool was about as kinky as I got, (but that was pretty awesome). Ironically, I'm surprised we didn't wash the baby right out with the pool antics since it would have actually been a little floaty zygote by then making its way down!

meladoriestar I guess I just didn't really think of it as a private affair when it's pretty much what leads up to being on TheBump. I've always found conception stories to be very fun to hear about...and just never fathomed my dates would line up with a night of debauchery vs one of the days we were charting/temping/scheduling.

@copperrose Yeah, we are super open about it.Our family and friends know that we practice an open lifestyle.

We were actively TTC, but I should have ovulated 2 weeks prior.

We won't continue while I'm pregnant more than likely. But after baby is old enough to communicate we would probably get back into it.

For as long as I can remember my mom and dad have loved to tell everyone that I was conceived after a Journey concert in Seattle. So much so that they have changed their hit song to 'Don't Stop Conceiving'. It's always a facepalm moment for me
