Still No O (update)

Bloodwork every day this week. Today, my estrogen is up (I can't remember but I think she said 227). But, my LH is just hovering. Yesterday it was 14.8. Today it's 15.2. Ughhhhhhhhh Come on egg!!

Tomorrow more bloodwork. Yay. I am hopeful that I will ovulate this cycle but I'm having so much trouble being patient!  I feel like that's all we ever do...WAIT for meds to work...WAIT to see if we ovulate...two week WAIT to find out if we're pregnant. It's all a bunch of bullshit. I want to click the heels of my red shoes like Dorothy and be pregnant. Presto!

But instead, I wait....

Sorry. What CD are you on?

Are you receiving ultrasound monitoring? With no response on increasing doses of Clomid, I would want to know exactly what my ovaries were doing. I'd also wonder about residual cysts which could interfere with ovulation and possibly harm long-term fertility.

The bloodwork can only show so much.

I hope the 200mg Clomid allows you to O perfectly! Just make sure to get ultrasound monitoring to make sure you didn't end up with a bunch of follies fertilized.

I'm sorry, waiting is the worst! I'm waiting on a period from prometrium and I'm starting to think it didn't even work! I'd second @BunnyBerry‌ are you having ultrasounds? I hope you do O soon!

Sorry, when I said "with no response on increasing dosages of Clomid, I'd want to know what my ovaries were doing" I was putting myself in your position...actually I did one cycle of Letrozole and did have one follie. Sorry for lack of clarity there.

A silver lining to being on a break for surgery - no vag cam ultrasounds for a while.

I'm on CD 20; this is my 2nd round of Clomid this month as I had no response at 150mg earlier in the month. I had an u/s on CD 10 which showed a couple follicles that are growing (ranging from 11mm-15mm).

Today's bloodwork came back, my estrogen is in the 300's, progesterone has increased, but LH is camping out around 12-15. Nurse says she'd be surprised if I don't surge tomorrow (so, more bw tomorrow) but we'll see!  UGHHHHHH

I completely lost it when she called me back tonight. Ugh and it makes it even harder to hear "I know it's really hard..."

Vag cam u/s...that's funny!

Annnnd once again, no surge. Tomorrow it's off to the RE bright and early for b/w and u/s. Depending on follicle size he may give me a trigger shot to induce ovulation...yikes!  I'm praying that he does, and that it works!!!!!!!!!!!
