We're on vacation in Tampa right now and took DS to the aquarium yesterday. He loved it! He was absolutely fascinated by the tanks and watched the fish swimming for ages.

Today is my last day off and I go back to work tomorrow. I'm starting to wish I would have just listened to my surgeon when he said are you sure you don't just want to take this week off too.. Then I could be home this last week with DS. I already miss him and I haven't even left! Lol. I could really do the sahm thing hopefully someday!

I rarely put DS in jeans. He's short and pudgy and they don't fit quite right. I'm really lazy with him too, so he wears sleepers usually (also acts as socks without having to put socks on him). But, I think babies in jeans look cute!

DS hasn't pooped in 3 days, he's usually a twice a day pooper. I know it's normal for an EBF baby but I'm scared of what's coming when he does finally go

Yeah - love the crook of the neck snuggle too! It was extremely hard for me to leave my LO today...

DH and I went shopping for our family pics outfits for tomorrow and to dinner and it was delightful! MIL kept an eye on DS after he went to bed and we acted like we had no cares in the world for 2 hours and it was glorious!

I bought 2 pairs of Levi's yesterday and finally feel okay about the way my butt and legs look for the first time in 10+ years. I'm never buying cheap crappy shapeless jeans again.

(I bought one pair of 580 boot cut and one pair of Flatters & Flaunts skinny, in case you're wondering. Both are super flattering on plus-size figures.)

I just got myself some lounge jeans from Express. They're mid rise skinny jeans but they feel like sweat pants. So awesome!

I just watched on the news this k-9 officer having to put his dog down that had untreatable cancer, who was also his family pet obviously. The force and other K-9 units came to see him off and I bawled the whole time.

@becole42 Last time I had to take antibiotics I drank a probiotic everyday. We dealt with thrush in DDs first months and I wanted to prevent it again. The drink came from Whole Foods called Bio-K. It was formulated from rice. Not cheap, but the thrush did not return. Hope this helps!

Good news:finally losing weight. I think it just takes me six months after child birth to start losing weight. Same thing happened with my first.

Bad news: mom is running out of chemo treatments for her ovarian cancer. She's had 8 years after being told she only had six months left, but I'm not ready for this.

@ho11yday‌, I'm so sorry about your mom. My MIL, who is basically like my mom, had a rare form of leukemia and I remember her going through the chemo and how hard it was on her and the family. T&P to you and your family (hugs!)

And.. I think I'm getting the flu. I feel horrid and DH is leaving to work and DS is gonna wake up for a bottle about 2 because I feel too awful to wake him like I usually do before I go to bed so he will STTN. I wanna cry.

So DD had picture day at school. They legit brought in a photographer for school pictures...she is 5 months old. I die from 1) cuteness of it all and 2) the fact that she had her first school picture.

Oh no! It's annoying the crap out of me and I don't have the flu. Do you have anyone that can come help out a bit so you can get some rest? Feel better!

Yeah my MIL came by to hang out with DS so I can nap thank goodness! Thank you! It's so hard taking care of LO when you feel awful.. But we do what we gotta do!
