Infant Sleep Chart - Really Interesting

My mother is reading a book on the science of sleep and one of the things it covers is infant sleep patterns.  I hope the photo comes through, but basically the black lines are sleep, dots are feedings, and white is awake time.  It covers weeks after birth.

This visual is a really helpful reminder that sometimes my baby is going to sleep all day but it doesn't mean he won't sleep at night and that eventually it will change to him sleeping at night. Good find!
