Oh my God what a beautiful, alert baby girl!! I was just sitting here feeling sorry for myself because of our various issues, but this definitely puts it in perspective. Thanks for that. I will pray for you to heal soon so you can enjoy your beautiful girl!

I have died every day waiting for you. Darling, don't be afraid, I have loved you for a thousand years. And all along I believed I would find you, time has brought your heart to me. I have loved you for a thousand years. I'll love you a thousand more.
I'm so sorry you had such a scary experience! Hoping you recover soon. Congratulations on your little girl - she is beautiful, and so glad she is doing well!
Oh my goodness, how scary for you! I'm glad you are hanging in there and able to get this post up so we can send lots of T&P your way. Take care of yourself and get some rest. Your little girl is adorable!
Scary shizzit, girl! I'm so glad you're okay!! I can't imagine what all you must be feeling physically and mentally. Please rest up and be good to yourself. Congrats on your BEAUTIFUL little Ellie!
I am so sorry you had to go through that! I hope you are recovering well and have all the support you need (especially emotional). Congratulations on your sweet baby girl. Prayers for a speedy recovery!
Thank you everyone! I am hopefully being released on Tuesday or Wednesday, and baby is staying with me until I leave. I started to pump today to get some colostrum so she can have but they are not sure if my milk will come in due to the extensive surgery. ( lets hope) baby is doing great, she is so alert and happy.
Aw, so sorry you went through that. Very scary. I'm so glad Ellie is doing well. Wishing you a quick recovery! Just give yourself time to heal, take it easy, and don't feel guilty about whatever you aren't able to do and remember the most important thing is that you're still here for your baby!
