@aditigirl you have one of those plates? My XSIL got one for my brother and one for my Mom back when she was watching the kids. She made them do a checklist and take a pic of the plate to make sure my niece wasn't eating just crackers. I think the plate is kind of nifty, but way to be a crazy micromanager XSIL.

Yeah lol we got like 3 from my mil for C's birthday. We rarely use them appropriately, though, eep!

I'd be shocked if there was that many food groups represented at a single meal here. I just always think of crazy XSIL when I see them. lol
