Trying to Get Pregnant

What hpt is the best??

I've used just about every brand! Bfp then bfn and repeat! I'm 12dpo I think and very confused. What ones have you had the best luck with??

I like the cheapie Walmart ones because I can stockpile. Don't buy any that have blue dye- stick to pink.
  • Avoid blue tests, use FMU and try FRER.  Also, check out the newbie blog pinned to the top of the forum for more tips.

It's nice to do an intro post too so that folks here have a chance to 'meet' you.

    Good luck!

  • My plan is do absolutely test with a frer tomorrow :) I did use the equate early response today and yesterday (faint blue lines) but they're blue dye tests so maybe that's not accurate :-/ and a bfn on a clear blue digi. AF is due Sunday but I'm very irregular so I'm really not sure...
  • Blue tests tend to have more evap lines then pink tests, creating the appearance of false positives. The newbie blog at the top goes into a little more detail on the tests, but most folks use Wondfo or a cheap pink dye test and confirm with FRER.

    Wondfos and FRER to confirm

    Me too
  • Ahhhh I'm sorry!!!! I really suck at this internet stuff lol this is my first month ttc and I've just felt off since 7dpo. Typical symptoms. Nausea, sore breasts, short of breath at times, sooooo tired yesterday. I think I felt implantation pains at 7dpo so I really think I am but obviously don't want to get my hopes up!

  • Oh yes I felt all those things after 7dpo. I've researched a lot and they say cramping around this time is normal. I've been off bc for 2 years now. And typically when AF arrives I get cramps 30min before then BOOM she's here. This is different for sure.
  • I got a positive opk and provided as you should so that's why I'm unsure if I am or am not pregnant

OP you got the exact same answers on the March 15 birth month board. We all use FRER for confirmation and digis later on - as they're not as sensitive.
