So our anniversary is next week and we'd like to get a sitter. Our go to sitter is busy. We have the name of one and know a neighbor girl of babysitting age.

I know it's just one night, not a nanny, but I want to screen the potential candidates somehow. We haven't had any sitters except one in the past year and I don't know these people well.

What should I be asking?
Is there a threshold of too many questions for a one night sitter?
