Symptoms or is it all in my head?

Hey there, it's my first post here on the bump! I have been feeling kind of off this past week. 12dpo and I have been slightly cramping for about a week, which isn't normal during my cycles.(Usually just the day before/of) Normally, my breasts get swollen and tender after ovulation but it starts to die down right before my period and this month they seem to be getting worse! Af is due in about 2 days so, I took an early pregnancy test cause I couldn't wait any longer!lol It came out negative and i'm wondering if i'm pretty much out for this month or if there might still be hope? I'm afraid i'm just psyching myself out Husband is finally on board with having a baby and i'm hoping this is our month!! Any input is appreciated!

Are you charting your basal body temperature? That will help you pinpoint when you O to make sure you're in your fertile window when you do it. Have you read the newbie blog at the top? Its filled with a ton of info on the boards. Just a warning this post may not go over well because we can't see in your UTE and someone may have the same symptoms as you who got pregnant and also may have the same symptoms as you who didn't. We are all different and pms symptoms are very similar to pregnancy symptoms so the only way to know is with a test. Wait 48 hours and test again and if you go 60days without af contact your dr.

I second Fitmom and little. If you have symptoms, you should get a positive HPT. 

Thats all there is to it.

What makes you think any of us inside your computer can tell you if it was a false negative or not?

I guess I was just wanting to see if anyone had a similar experience or not. I'm new at all of this and wanted some advice instead of pictures of eye rolling lol I apologize if I didn't come into the forum the right way and appreciated the comments they did try to give me some direction!

But if one of us was like "I didn't get a BFP until 13 DPO!!" Or something, it would give you false hope. And if you end up not pregnant I think the false hope is meaner than keeping it real and letting you know NONE of our experiences mean ANYTHING for your body. There are millions of different combinations of scenarios for every pregnancy ever, and you will find another pregnancy out there somewhere that mimics every PMS symptom you've ever had that ended up meaning nothing. It all means nothing until that BFP.

I'm having a similar experience.  My boobs are bigger than life right now.  My period is coming tomorrow.  How do I know this?  Because I temp and chart and got to know my body.  Take the advice given to you.

Keep hanging out and you'll catch on get a Fertility Friend account if you don't have one yet - they're really useful and helped me learn a lot about my cycle.
