Double Stroller that converts??

Hello!

I have a soon to be two year old and we're expecting our second in September.  I'd like to get a double stroller but would love one that converts to a single so we can use it more.  We have the Chicco Travel System and I love it.  My two year is still a big stroller user.  Any recommendations for a stroller that is a single and can convert to a double??

Baby Jogger City Select- I like that it has two full size seats

Britax B-Ready- but it doesn't have two regular size seats

We went with the phil and teds navigator. We had considered it and then got it on zulily for $320 so that sealed the deal. Otherwise I would have probably gone with the britax b ready.
