I have 9 month old b/g twins from IVF. We only had two embryos that made it to transfer so we have nothing frozen. My husband and I decided not to do IVF again. (We had IVF due to unexplained MFI). My husband was retested a few weeks ago and his count went from 3 million(2 years ago) to now 70 million (almost normal, 80-120 million is normal). I'm 32 and he is 36. We would like to have another baby if it's in the cards for us.
How long after having your multiples did you wait to TTC again? I want to start in January so the twins will be 16 months when we start and at least 2 if it happens right away.
Re: After having multiple, when did you or will you TTC again?

I can't get on board w permanent BC for some reason, so I have mirena for the long haul. We are very lucky to have gotten pg very very easily both times and after having spontaneous fraternal twins, I'm not taking any chances.
I will say that I really like the age gap. It took us much longer than I thought to get pregnant with the twins. But DD1 being 3.5 has been nice. She is more independent.

I wanted at least a 3year age gap. I nursed the big one for 20mo and he's never been a good sleeper - who is also a very active, high needs kid - and I just didn't have it in me to try any sooner.
N14 Nov. Siggy: CELEBRATION!
And of course DH is nervous that we'll be that 1-in-however-many-thousand couple that has more than one set of spontaneous identicals...
We do have a few frosties in case we changed our mind (which is how I convinced my OB I wanted the procedure. She had never before done a tubal ligation after a first pregnancy), but going through the infant stage has solidified our decision. Love my twins, but never want to go through this again.

It took about 2 years to get pg with these girls and honestly I'd be fine with a 3 year age gap between kids.
