I noticed that, but does all that does is just notify me the moment someone comments? On baby center there was a bookmarks link that listed the threads you commented on or chose to bookmark in order by most active. It was also helpful in finding old threads. Is there something like that here?

We kind of have groups, but you either create your own and invite people or ask to be invited to the ones that are already made. They're mostly lame though and not a lot of people use them.
