Today is a major suck fest... having a bad IF day. First I made the misrake of doing a 10dpo POAS BFN, then getting the you need to relax speech and have faith speech from my mom. Cried all the way to work and I get here (bad mood and all) and state is here for our annual survey (im sure most of you who work in health care know its a hot mess) ugh please let me survive today

10/12-6/13 Natural 
Pcos Dx 7/13 Metformin 500mg x2 daily
4/14 Provera  10days  then Clomid 50mg CD5-9 (BFN)
5/14 Provera 10days then Clomid 50mg CD5-9  (BFN)
6/14 (no provera yay!) Clomid 50mg CD5-9  (BFN)
7/14 Natural Cycle Moving on to RE appt not til 7/31 (BFN)  
8/14 Plan of action! Moved up to 1500mg Metformin, Femara 3-7 (Trigger canceled due to not big enough follies and holiday weekend) (BFN)
9/14 7.5mg Femara CD3-7 +ovidrel  (BFN)
10/14 5mg Femara(3-7) Follistim 75 (7-9) +Ovidrel +TI (last treatment cycle this year Breaking til after Holidays) (BFP! Beta #1 114, Beta #2 364)

    Married 2010, together since 2006. TTC for #1 since March 2012, actively charting since November 2013
    March 2014 - HSG left tube blocked, right tube partially blocked bilaterial partial obstruction; onward to the RE in April
    May 1, 2014 - Lap surgery and chromopertubation; Dr removed a bit of endo, but everything looks healthy & tubes are clear!
    May 2014- First medicated cycle, 2.5mg femara+TI; BFN
    June 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI     on 6/18= BFP on 6/28!; C/P on 7/3
    July 2014- 2.5mg femara + IUI #2 on 7/18. Starting progesterone 7/23, bfn
    August 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI # 3 on 8/15. BFN
    Tx break
    IVF #1 -
    12/1 - TOT & SIS- RE found a polyp
    12/15 - Hysterscopic surgery to remove the polyp; additional polyps found and removed
    12/29- Good baseline u/s, 12 antral follies
    12/30- Started stimming
    1/10 - ER: 17 retrieved, 14 fertilized!
      My Ovulation Chart - No data,  just meds

    I just wanted to praise you for how strong you are during this extremely difficult time. Even the best of us sometimes have no physical ability to resist the temptation of a 10DPO POAS, so please know that you need not feel you did anything wrong. You are not responsible for this awful IF that is happening so unfairly to you, and no amount of relaxing on your part will make a bit of difference, so please feel free to feel any way you need to feel on this tough day at work. I'm sure you will find the strength to get through it well. :)

    Trying to have baby #1 since April 2013

    DH SA March,May 2014 - Low motility and shape issues. On vitamins per RE to help

    Me testing April 3, 2014 - FSH and LH good, HSG showed blocked right tube

    April 29, 2014 - First RE appt., right tube needs to be removed and possibly left also if

    it's bad too. RE suggests going straight to IVF

    June 4, 2014 - LAP/HSC and unexpected endo. removed but tubes got to stay!

    June 13, 2014 - Post-Op appointment. We decide where to go next since main issue

    is MFI influenced. Trying naturally until decision... Repeat SA  in September. Aiming for IUI #1 November 2014.

                 6/19- u/s showed heartbeats! Baby A 111 & Baby B 118, both measuring 6w1d
                 7/3- Baby A hb 170, Baby B hb 166 - both measuring perfect.
                 7/18 - Baby A 165, Baby B 171 - both measuring right on track & moving all around!

    That is why I haven't spoke to my mother about any of this. She is extremely insensitive. I hope things get better for you.

    Thanks everyone. Actually jumped at the chance to work 16 hours tonight, keeps me busy and my mind off of wandering thoughts. Im doind private duty so its basically watching someone sleep all night ha! I am feeling much better even though nothing has really changed. Im just keeping positive that even if this month is a fail, maybe I will get AF without provera... maybe next cycle will be better. Its still early right? :-)

    Sorry! I work in health care and a BFN and state survey should NEVER happen at the same time. And doesn't the relax speech make you want to punch people? And it's always the people who got pregnant on accident or on their first cycle trying that say it.

    Bless my mother though she had a hard time getting pregnant shes told me. I dont know how long she tried though. She had a tubal and it nearly killed her. She had me only a year after marrying my dad and my brothers followed consecutively (84, 85, 86). I understand it may have taken her some time but honestly she was only 23 when she got pg with me (maybe 3 months after wedding) and I am already 30 (and almost 2 years after wedding). I am not trying to play down her issues by any means. I just hear it from the whole family. My brothers each have 2 kids they are younger and 3/4 of those were oops babies. I want to rip my hair out!
