The tree rats keep eating my strawberries and digging up plants. How can I stop this?!

DS was so upset that the strawberries he was excited about were stolen. They even destroyed one of the strawberry plants.

This is the first year we've done a garden. Everything is growing perfectly, then the fuckers pull them up.

I I've heard that squirrels won't touch cayenne pepper. Maybe try sprinkling some over your plants? (Autocorrect wanted to tell you to sprinkle some on your pants).

I was sprinkling coffee grounds in them for nutritional purposes until a week ago, then they didn't seem to need it any more. I'll do it again.

I'll try an owl too. I live in town and they are EVERYWHERE!

I roped a scarecrow and a balloon up out there after I saw the culprit trying to steal the entire strawberry tray. Little jerk.

Try the Ortho Animal B Gone perimeter spray. My friend recommended it to me when we had rabbits in our yard. I don't know if it works on squirrels but it may be worth a try.

We are having a terrible time with the rabbits and the chipmunks.  The internet says human hair.?  I also encourage our dog to pee near the garden hoping that might scare them.
