I have 2 kids and I love my JuJuBe BFF. It can be worn 3 different ways (including like a backpack), has tons of pockets for organizing, and can fit a ton despite it's size. It was either this bag or the JuJuBe BePrepared when I was diaper bag shopping. I also use a regular Jansport backpack when going for really really long outings like the zoo.
I purchased a jujube BEPrepared, but it was just way too big for me. I sold it and got a skip hop Forma. I love it so far, but it doesn't have backpack straps, if that's something that's important to you.
I have a Skip Hop Duo. It's small, and I make it work. It necessary I can fit 4 diaper changes for each kid and an extra out fit. There's enough pocket space for snacks lotions and a sippy cup. Plus if we're out that long, my wetbag usually gets tossed in the stroller.

How is the fabric on the Forma holding up for you? I love the size and design of the bag, but I saw a couple of reviews that said the fabric tears or pulls easily.

I've only been using it a few weeks, but I haven't noticed anything different about the fabric of it vs my other skip hop bag I've been using for over a year and never had any problems with.
