Already Growing?

Hi there, 

I am about 5 weeks and haven't even had my first Dr. apt yet (scheduled for June 13th). I'm having some typical early symptoms, which I expect, but I notice that my pants are already feeling way too snug. Anyone else already noticing issues with clothes fitting this early? This is my 2nd pregnancy after a miscarriage last year so I sort of know what to expect but this one is different than the last.

Yep, bloat is a bitch in 1st tri!

I have had a lot of issues with bloating, and it seems to come and go, but mostly it is there and it is extremely uncomfortable.  I cleaned out my closet and got rid of all of my tighter fitting clothes for now and just have clothes that are a little more forgiving and with a bit of stretch.  

Watching my sodium intake has helped a lot.

Thanks ladies. That's what I thought, just seems so early! Plus, with the bad luck we had last time, I am super hyper sensitive to any little thing happening this time around.

I have it too - not fun.  I'm finding that if I drink a lot of water, elevate feet when possible, watch the sodium, and keep moving through the day when possible, it doesn't get too bad.  I wore dresses all week until today, and now am contemplating a Bella Band for the days I feel like wearing pants, because my pants currently make me feel like two sausage links with the twist in the middle.

I cannot even imagine wearing pants for like the next year, unless they are leggings with an elestic waist. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, is getting buttoned over this bloat! lol

hey i am 10 weeks along after having 3 miscarraiges. 2 indiviual miscarraiges and 1 with twins in the last 2 years. im so hyper sensitive as well. just try not to stress it takes its tole on you. congradulations and best of luck!

I am totally bloated...it's horrible...I am 7 weeks and 2 days today...I'm a teacher, and I want to keep this low key with not even being 3 months yet (I also experienced a miscarriage and feel that anyone who might ask will jinx me! Superstitious, I know!)...I've relied on maxi skirts and bulky tops as my wardrobe of choice until the school year ends! I even wear a pair of black maternity dress pants...God...those are so comfy! I might stay in those even after I have the baby! Lol Hang I'm there! We are mostly all in the same boat!

I am pregnant with twins after having two miscarriages last year. I am almost 6 weeks right now and can hardly fit into my pants! Granted, I gained some weight when I was on fertility treatments earlier this year. I can't suck in my stomach at all. It's just.. out there. I already bought a bella band but it feels awkward because I got a bigger size because of the multiples. I need to find some of those things that loop around the buttons to extend pant sizes as well. I know everyone says that it's bloat and not showing yet- what I think is that we may not be showing the baby, but are definitely showing the pregnancy!
