Joovy Twin Roo vs Baby Trend Snap n Go

HI Ladies! I am finally popping my bump cherry and posting my first Discussion. :-) My name is Yess..I am a  31 yrs old FTM expecting twins. I have been lurking around for a couple of months and have learned sooo much from everyone.  I want to get started on my registry and have been searching the board for different suggestions on must haves (cribs, bouncers, strollers etc).  I have found a lot of great suggestions, but I still have one that I can't seem to make a decision on.  I don't know if to go with the Joovy Twin Roo or the Baby Trend Snap n Go.  Mainly I just don't know what the biggest difference is between them.  Do you suggest one over the other? Are they pretty much the same?

Welcome & congrats! I have the Twin Roo, but haven't used it yet. It was easy to assemble, snap in the car seats (I have the Graco Snugride Classics), and push around the house.

  • I think it depends what kind of car seats you have.  We already had one Chicco Keyfit 30 and from DS and planned to get another one, so we got the joovy twin because it is more compatible with the Chicco keyfits.

My partner @healz413 has her heart set on the Joovy Twin Roo, but it's not available in Canada so we'll see if we can get it brought up or here before the babies come.   If not I think we'll probably try to buy one of the older DSNG that the car seats snap into instead of strap in, it doesn't come as highly recommended, but they are super cheap 2nd hand....

I do not know much about the joovy roo, but I do have a snap 'n go and LOVE it.  I took the girls out yesterday for a walk and the whole set up is so easy.  I also plan to use it for grocery shopping trips/errands.  I have Graco snug ride 30 car seats.
