MIL surprised me!

Last night I posted how I was worried MIL was going to buy me some ugly shirt for my birthday because she insisted she wanted to do something since my present won't be here for a few weeks.  She kept saying she'd buy me a shirt, even after I said I prefer to pick them out and try them on to make sure they look nice on me, and so we know I like it. 

She sent me a text asking if she could stop by this morning, so I got a little scared.  She surprised me and did not get a shirt, but two sconces for our wall.  She remembered me mentioning we were going to get a couple and a pretty mirror to put on our bare living room wall and got two.  They are similar to the ones we were looking at as well!  I'm shocked because usually she doesn't listen to me and does what she originally wanted anyway.

She also told me my other present is a giftcard for shutterfly.  She got it through her bank points, so she didn't actually have to pay for it, but she liked the little book of pictures we got her for Christmas, so she thought this way I could make something for myself.  I actually have something ready to order, I was just waiting to place the order for when we had the extra money since we just spent a lot on the holidays and my birthday. 

My MIL and I have had HUGE problems the last few years, so this is all a shock to me!
