Startled awake during hypnobabies?

Over the last week or so, I'm finding myself startling "awake" while listening to tracks. I'm in week 4 (hypnotic childbirth 1 and deepening tracks). I previously hadn't thought I was actually falling asleep, but in a deep hypnotic state, due to the fact that I come back to full consciousness within seconds of the track ending. There's no loud noises or anything else I can attribute this startle response to.

I'm guessing it's not concerning, but I immediately move my body and my eyes burst open and I'm not sure where my switch is supposed to be according to the track I'm listening to in that moment. This is happening 2-3 times per track, no matter what time of day I practice. Any experts have thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!
