Day 3 appointment....here we go!

I have about 14 antral follies on the right, biggest 5.6 mm. Around 13 on the left, biggest 7.7 mm. 
Lining 6.4, Estr 39 and FSH 6.13
I go back on Saturday for another scan and blood draw.

I started my Gonal F today...75IU's, same small dose that I have responded well to my 3 previous times using injectables.

Good luck, I was on 75ius too, retrieved 20+ and luckily had plenty to freeze. Hopefully yours takes this time though...
Edit to add- while I know you are excited, a lot of women here don't have this kind of luck, and are excited to ovulate at all- or get one good follie. I'm not trying to start anything, but the fact you have triplets plus another child, this comes off as bragging and hurtful. Please try to be mindful that your super fertility on an IF board is not something to brag about. This was literally the first time I ever mentioned any numbers on my retrieval and it was to make a point- some ladies are lucky to have plenty and enough for later but just really be considerate for the ladies who don't. Thank-you.

Hmm, sorry I just listed all the info I got from the appointment. 

Actually didn't know these numbers were good, as they are half the numbers I had a year ago...before I hit the dreaded 35...so they concerned me.

It may help to add, since I haven't been around here in a awhile so some of the newer ladies that weren't here 4 years ago may not know.  I don't have super fertility. We have done a total of 10 IUI's to get the kids we have...and have to use donor sperm as my husband is for sure not super fertile.

You are welcome for the heads up! I know you were on here before, but it seems like you forgot some of the etiquette or maybe it has become more prevalent since you were a regular. Again, wasn't trying to start anything, but honestly, if I had four kids already- I wouldn't be in a SIF board trying for number 5... And after 10 IUIs, I would think you would know what a good number day 3 would be (or if you were truly concerned you might have mentioned it to begin with vs not at all and only saying so after being called out for sounding braggy...). I would also think that after suffering any form of infertility you would put yourself in 99% of this boards position (trying to empathize), desperately trying for a sibling for their ONLY child and maybe trying for number 5, this might not be the best fitting place for you anymore... It is nice to have everything going for you w MFI (yes you are fertile, but again- know your audience, I'm MFI and I know no one wants to hear about how many eggs I produce despite the mfi and IVF being our only option (mind you ICSI on top of that)- that you are able to IUI is still so much better than a lot of women have it on this board- so EXCUSE ME for giving a crap that your thread seems side eye worthy to a fellow MFI sufferer... How the hell do you think you are making the women with FFI feel? I said it before, I care about these women greatly, and things have changed since you were on this board, as your situation has too. All I asked was you be considerate to the women who have it harder and think before you speak. I get being excited for good numbers (you can't convince me you were concerned- true concern comes out in questions and asking for comparisons... Not here is what I did!), but unless someone asks, a "look at me thread" is tacky, and at best ignorant.

Sorry, I didn't realize it was a competition on who has the worst fertility problems, or that once you have a certain number of children you don't count as STC any more.

I'm not sure if you know how IUI's work exactly, but my ANTRAL follie count is not the number of viable follies you end up with. We control my meds very carefully so I only end up with 2-3 follies. Though I guess that is still more than some get...I try really hard not to compare myself, or my journey, to others...it is not helpful.

I will take your advice and find a board that suites me better.

There is a pretty big difference between common courtesy/empathy and competition!
