Speaking of stupid twin questions/comments

Just had to share what DH told me.... we were out at the city park amusement rides Sunday night, and I was waiting in line with DS1 while DH was hanging out with the babies in the double stroller.

Apparently an older woman came up and started talking to him about the boys (she was in a moomoo no less). When he told her the babies are identical, she says, "oh my grandkids are identical, and here they are!" Well, she pointed to two kids who very much looked like twins, EXCEPT for the fact that one was a boy and one was a girl.

Identical? Really????

I had a lady say the same thing to me about her b/g grandkids.  And people are always asking me if mine are identical and when I say yes they say "Oh a boy and a girl?"  Sigh.

Lol, I always get the same questions, in the same order!  Poor DD1, everyone thinks she's a boy for some reason.  Cracks me up when I have them both in dresses and people ask that.  People don't pay attention to details...
