Blood Thinners and VBAC? Experience please!

Hi Ladies,
I have several genetic clotting disorders and am therefore taking Lovenox throughout my pregnancy. I am on a daily blood thinner when not pregnant as well. My DD was delivered via C-section because she was breech. I am now 16 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and starting to think about delivery options. My initial thought was to just schedule a C-section because even the thought of my uterus rupturing and endangering the baby and myself terrifies me; however, doing a little research I've found some articles stating that a C-section may pose greater risk to the mother than a VBAC. But how does my blood thinner and clotting disorders play into this? FYI...I will be on Heprin twice daily, beginning at 36 weeks. I plan to talk to my OB about all of this, but would love to hear other experiences. Any experiences, suggestions, advice greatly appreciated! Thanks!
