Cool Mother's Day idea

I just read in People what Drew Barrymore does for Mother's Day. She donates to a charity in the name of her kids, but she picks one that's inspired by her kids. So if one year her kid is really into animals she'd make a donation to a rescue for example. Thought that was a really neat/different thing to do!
