Just a vent

So this morning I was feeling kind of off and sore from LO head butting and kicking me all night but not too much pain. At about 10:15 I started getting really bad lower back pain and then it went around to the front in more of a bad cramping pain but it lasted 30 minutes it would lighten up a little at times but was hard to keep track of then it just went away and I ended up having to use the bathroom so I thought maybe that's all it was. Then exactly 2 hours later it happened again at 12:15 and both times I felt really sweaty and nauseous. About 12:20 I had a really bad contraction and so I called to see if maybe I could come in early instead of waiting until Thursday to see what was going on. If there were any changes. She says she thinks it could be early labor and the baby's head is really low so I should go home rest and see if it gets worse and closer together. Well again they've just been so random but I'm just feeling exhausted and sore now and then all the sudden things have just stopped and I just have some pressure. What a day! I am just frustrated too because you think maybe things are going to progress and they don't and I was getting excited that I might be meeting her soon. Well at least this is less work than I'll have to do the day of I guess...maybe. Sorry just needed to vent! Thanks to those who made it through my whole LONG story!

I feel pretty lousy too....lots of pressure and contractions. I keep holding off from going into L & D because I really don't wanna come home without him and look like a fool.

Yeah it really sucked coming back home and still being here. When she said it could be early labor I think I missed the could be part and got all excited. I know she'll come when she's ready but either come or stop putting me in pain lol maybe we will both be surprised in the middle of the night or something.

Ditto - I'm paranoid that I'll do the whole 90 mile drive and then just get sent home.

I have just been having some cramping, pressure, and braxton hicks. I want the real thing to happen!

I had a normal check up to go in for Monday and my BP was a little high at the office and some symptoms worried my OB a little bit (pre-e symptoms) so she sent me to L&D. While I was there I was feeling that too! Really cramps, lousy, started to get really sweaty/nauseous when I was having contractions. They kept me overnight instead because they thought I was in early labor.... turns out I wasn't. I know how ya feel! Kinda sucks! I know I'd be a little early but in the hospital I was kinda like "well kid shit or get off the pot". Hope things get better for ya!

Yea I went in last night, they said its early labor.....1 1/2 CM, just waiting.......contractions are certainly there.

I have had severe cramping for at least a week, tons of BH but nothing of consistency... I went in for my 38wk appt and not diulated at all :-( but she is head down. At this point it is a waiting game, but every time I get tightening or back pain I think "this is it" and it's not. Good luck to you all.
