Zoe vs Sydney

I know they are both pretty trendy but which do you think is prettier for a little girl? Which is less common??

Re: Zoe vs Sydney

  • Much, much prefer Zoe for a little girl.

Sydney/ Sidney will always be an old Jewish man in Prospect Park playing checkers with his friend Morty.

  • I like both, Sydney is a GP name for me so I would lean towards that. Both seem very spunky to me.
  • Zoe hands down.
  • I love Sydney, although its the name of both my best friend and beloved 7 year old goddaugther.  As a teacher, I know 2 Zoes at school, don't know any Sydneys at school right now.
  • I like Zoe much better.  Sydney does not sound feminine to me, but I lean towards ultra feminine names so if that is not your style, it is not a bad name.
  • I like Zoe more, but neither names do anything for me.

  • Zoe. I really dislike Sydney.
  • Zoe for a girl.  I prefer Sydney for a boy; the NN Sid seems unappealing for a girl.

I know a lot of little Zoes but no Sydneys. I love it!
