I posted a poll in baby names. I also left a lot of comments on it already too, so if you have the time and want to give me your COVETED JUNE BUMPIE BRILLIANT opinions, please take a look at my comments in the thread too beforehand.

It's sort of doing this just for fun, I can't imagine anyone picks brand new names after clicky polls, but please play along! DH are still slightly not on the same page yet.

I like it! I don't get how Harlow = Harlot but whatevs.

eta: I do get it, I mean it's just silly. Kate =/= Kite, and they're one letter away from each other too.

I like it. I really like Harlow. 

Naming a person is so hard. I'm 95% sure we'll use Cameron but I feel like I cannot decide until I meet him. Nothing has felt overwhelmingly right, except Lucas but my brother is naming his son that in September so that is off the table...

I voted NMS, but, I think Livia is a good name, I wouldn't find it weird if I met someone called that, and it goes with "door." It does sound like Olivia, but I don't personally find that bothersome. Maybe since you don't like Olivia and it's popular so people may mistake Livia for Olivia that could be a problem. I like how Harlow sounds but I wouldn't use it. It seems like down the road it will be a trend name. Are there any other classic entertainer names you like? Like Merle or Hedy?

@katekat8721 - My thoughts exactly, I don't know why spelling would trump sound when we're talking about names. Strange...

@jmar2011 - Me too, I actually don't even know where I got Harlow from, it popped into my head and just stuck. I really love that it's a classic Hollywood name too.

@MrsCase1 - Thanks, and I do! These are friend approved from my lil' urban family if any tickle your fancy: Eve Avery, Evelyn Avery, Quinn Kathryn, Vivian Claire...mix and match and try 'em out loud with your last name.

@ricecakes1216 - I think Cameron is great. I like Lucas too, sorry he called dibs!

@Temurlang1 - Thanks! I think it's ok if folks mistake it for Olivia sometimes, and I don't hate Olivia but I just like Livia better. (and the amount of syllables, because I am strange.) Harlow was the first name I liked for some reason, if it doesn't stick with us I will browse some more classic names!

@CAMag - Thanks! Naming a human is hard. Everyone will have an opinion for or against it no matter WHAT name any of us pick, ya know?
