If you had 1 Omni shell that you used off and on over a 13 month period (and barely used, if at all, for 6ish of those months)  and it delaminated  would you replace it with another Omni or a different brand?  

I hated stuffing it since for the past several months the PUL felt really sticky  and rubbery against my hands but I thought that was just the fabric, so for the most part when I used it I used it as a AI2.  Overall, I'm disappointed this one delaminated and not one of my cheaper Kawaii ones that I have had for almost as long that I have treated the same, if not rougher.  My white Kawaii pocket has probably been dried in the dryer on high heat most often of all my pockets/shells just for blending in with the rest of the load and it hasn't delaminated.....

Yeah, I bought it new. I did contact SoftBums, but since warranty is a year and I got it when ds was born I don't expect them to send a replacement....but I did ask why they think it delaminated in hopes that if it is from something I did, I don't do it to my Echo shell. I like my fingerpaint print.

Weird. I've never had a SB delaminate. I think if you didn't like stuffing it you should replace with an Echo or some other cover you can use as an AI2.

But who knows maybe they will replace it for you anyway. You aren't too far off the warranty date.

I stopped by and talked to Justin at T2B since that's where I got it from and he thought it weird too. He printed a copy of my receipt in case SoftBums asks for it. I didn't like stuffing it because of how "sticky" it felt. Stuffing my other pockets is nbd now that I stuff with flats. I don't know when it delaminated since it is the only Omni I have and it didn't look like the photos of a delaminated diaper until I had it wet while hand washing it earlier today.....but once it started drying it just looks like crinkled aluminum foil.....(best description I can come up with at moment) I also don't know if it's just because ds isn't a heavy wetter, if I've always had plenty of absorbency, or what, but it hasn't leaked yet......

I have the sticky issue with mine also and I have 6-8 of them. All bought at different times from different places.

Out of curiosity, what print/color is it? 

I have some of the Calendar Bums prints from 2012/early 2013 and a couple of them have thicker PUL that does almost feel "sticky" to me too.  My others feel different than my BG/RaR/BB PUL, but not sticky.  Actually almost more dry than the other brands.  I just assumed that was normal for SBs.

Mine is chocolate. It sounded like putting on/taking off a rubber glove when I'd stuff it too.
