What can I take that helps with the Nausea that lasts ALLLLLL day. I'm a teacher and was off this week so I was able to handle the nausea and vomiting but i'm not sure how this week will go. Planning out a lunch for tomorrow is also a task when everything makes you feel sick. UGHHH help please.

Ginger Mints were great for me too if you can find them.
Then I used a combo of cheezits, popcorn, cheese puffs and whatever other crackers and such I could stomach that day.
