??? After failed IUI

The dot showed up this morning, which was nice, cause I didn't have to wait a week to 10 days for a new cycle to start. Silver lining? I'll take it. Anyway, I've put the big girl panties on and we are going to do this again. Ultrasound & labs on Monday, CD4, since CD3 is Easter. Obviously we will talk to the RE. I know I have some questions to ask, is there anything that I SHOULD be asking? Thanks ladies!

Excellent question. I am going to note that one down. I don't want to overstim. I really don't. But I worry that if we only have one follicle this time around will one of his guys even make it this time. To think that out of 8 million of his guys not one hit one of potentially 5 targets, is totally discouraging. How could they hit 1?!? Then again, I guess we don't technically know if one didn't hit a target. Could have, but then not been viable, or implanted, or a whole host of other things. This is all stuff I have never even considered or thought of. Maybe if I would just "relax."

Just curious... when you triggered were your follicle sizes the ones you have listed in your siggy? If mature follicles are greater than 18mm, then maybe you actually only had one to two? I'm not an expert by any means.. just thought I'd ask. Might be a good question to ask them... Good luck!!

Yes. I still don't understand it all either. He said two for sure, but possibly 5 total. My E2 3 days prior to IUI was 915. I'm on injects, so I don't know if that makes things different. Plus, my scan was done a day prior to the IUI so they would've grown, I believe. I'm still confused by a lot, which is embarrassing, considering it's my body.
