I asked my midwife why the other midwife wanted me to do pelvic tilts if the baby was in perfect position. This midwife said is in case my LO's feet are stuck in my rib cage. The pelvic tilts will help her move down some more and hopefully get her feet unstuck

While a baby can definitely be pushing up against your ribs, her feet cannot actually get stuck....

Great, then my midwives are on crack. At least the thing we can all agree on is that LO is head down, with her feet by my ribs, and measures 38 weeks. Plus that her heart beat is between 130-135. And that she will come when she's ready and that there's no way I can miss "real" labor.

I'm sure she didn't literally mean "stuck" she probably just mean to get the baby into the pelvis at a station which would mean you "drop" and the feet come out if the ribs.

I'm thinking this might be the case, too. But the vast majority of babies will do this on their own sooner or later, it doesn't need to be forced. Unless there's something we don't know about this baby's position or it's causing OP a lot of discomfort, it doesn't seem necessary to go through all of those exercises to make the baby do something she's going to do when she's ready anyway.

Oooh, okay. Thanks everyone . Nope,I am not in a lot of discomfort. I don't even feel her toes by my ribs anymore, so perhaps she moved down on her own already. Before I used to feel them and it would hurt my ribs, but not anymore. Good to know that that's possibly what she meant. 

She said that she will check the baby's head next week when I am 39 weeks, because she said that is possible that if she checks my water may accidentally break. . .
