My 31 week appointment is later this afternoon. (My practice is weird - has me coming in 31 weeks instead of 30..) should be no biggie- ultrasound at my next appointment 33 weeks to check growth. This is usually done at 34 but mine wants me to have it at 33 for some reason so she changed my appt schedule..

Last time she told me that my glucose test results were borderline low and my weight gain is on track so I could eat more sugar if I wanted. I may have ran with that this week.. Hey I was on vacation and it was ds first bday. Kinda scared for my weigh in.

June is fast approaching! I'm so excited to meet my baby girl!

I have a growth scan at the MFM and a regular apt with the Ob. This is my first one since they scheduled my c-section so I have lots of questions to go over. Hopefully my ob is feeling patient and I dont forget anything!

Just the standard 32 week check up this afternoon at 3:45. I have to get the Tdap though (I hate shots!!) so I'm making DH come with me.

I had my first meeting with the diabetes educator. I got my testing kit and learned what how many carbs I need at each meal. I'm feeling pretty good! I can do this!

I'm put on light duty at work after injuring my wrist last night (I'm a RN). Total bummer, but I'm glad they came up with something for me to do while it heals so I don't have to use up any PTO. I have a 30 week appt tomorrow with my ob.

I had a check up this morning. So far so good! I have an ultrasound in 2 weeks to check on the baby's growth. I can't believe I will be 34 weeks at that point!

Had an ultra sound this am and MD follow up! Baby is measuring big! I don't know why but it scared me! 70th percentile! 4.9lbs! Did anybody else find out how big their babies are?

My appointment went well today!  Babies are measuring within 6% of each other, about 2lbs11oz and 2lbs14oz, and they were not feeling co-operative for photos.  I now switch to growth scans every 3-4 weeks.  

I am measuring 37 weeks now (and I feel it!) and my c-section is scheduled for just over 37 weeks (8 weeks from Thursday!).  I double checked with the OB about whether that was too early, but they typically do twin c-sections between 37 and 38, so I am trusting the OB.  Once I hit 32 weeks, I go to weekly appointments and non-stress tests.

32 weeks and Charlie is head down, facing my right side and sounding great! The midwife said its unlikely she will go breech at this point which is good. Onto 2 weekly appts from now.

I just switched from a big OB/Gyn clinic in Seattle to a 100% midwife run practice at a smaller campus of Swedish Hospital. Today was my first appt over there and I'm feeling a lot more comfortable. Happy I will definitely be delivering with a midwife (at the old practice it was only a 1 in 8 chance).

Had a regular appt today.. All is good ! We discussed hospital options and I'm not looking forward to my glucose test in the morning. Blah. She was concerned as I lost 6 lbs since my last visit. I had to explain it was only coffee and lots of water retention that had me +8 my last visit and was now back to normal. I'm only +3 in 8 weeks. I weigh myself daily, she said I can go ahead and drive myself crazy on the scale if I like.. But not to try and lose weight. My 4xs a week milkshake treats will keep me sane I'm sure
