Who has used the chinese gender predictor and was it right?

I know that's a silly question and you cannot trust it to be accurate but I'm curious. I used it with DD and it said girl, which was correct. I just got a positive pregnancy test (hoping this is a sticky baby)!!!! I did the gender predictor and it said BOY which I'm really hopeful is correct so that I can have my tubes tied after baby # 2

Nope, mind said boy. SILs was wrong for both her kids, and of 5 of my friends who had their babies within a year of me, 1 was right. I also did a bunch of "old wives tale" tests, (7 or 8 or something) and the results were about 50-50 so half were wrong.

Congrats and best wishes for a happy and healthy pregnancy. As to the predictor, that one along with almost every old wive's tale said I was having a boy. Nope. All wrong.
