Real Life Sibsets that are "too close"

My grandpa and his twin sister are Patrick and Patricia (go by Pat and Trish) and were born on St. Patrick's day.  Until 5 years ago, I thought they were also part Irish.  Turns out, my grandpa thinks he's hilarious and simply told us grandkids that as a joke and never corrected it.

Oh, and even better, my grandpa's second wife is also named Patricia.  She fortunately goes by the nickname of Patti.  Until about a year ago, they all lived next door to each other in the same apartment building.

Also,they are not siblings, so it wasn't intentional, but I know two married couples where the husband and wife have the male and female version of the same name.
