My grandpa and his twin sister are Patrick and Patricia (go by Pat and Trish) and were born on St. Patrick's day. Until 5 years ago, I thought they were also part Irish. Turns out, my grandpa thinks he's hilarious and simply told us grandkids that as a joke and never corrected it.
Oh, and even better, my grandpa's second wife is also named Patricia. She fortunately goes by the nickname of Patti. Until about a year ago, they all lived next door to each other in the same apartment building.
ETA: I have a couple of other good ones from being a teacher, but the names are too distinctive to post here. They are very uncommon names, and I wouldn't want to let a search lead someone to these boards.
