I'm in love with compression stockings!

No really. For anyone who is having bad ankle/feet swelling I highly recommend getting some. After 2 days of wear I can see my ankle/feet bones again. And more importantly, the pain is gone! I got a tan toeless pair (hello flip flop wear) from Wal-Mart but they have all kinds. Just thought I'd share :-)

Like these but mine are closed at the heel. Be sure to look at sizing before you buy. They also have different firmness.

Also some insurances will cover them. You would have to get a script for a certain degree of compression

I just read this online today. It's good advise especially as some of the compression stockings I saw were close to $80! Mine were no where near that much and I was not giving up until I found some that day!

Jobst is the medical brand you would get with a prescription... Amazing! They have full on panty hose with the belly panel which I use for work. Lucky mine were covered with insurance for terrible varicose veins..

I love mine but have only been wearing one on my right foot as I still have my burn on my left leg. Funny how one leg swells and the other doesn't.

Ew! I'm glad I haven't had to deal with swelling. That sounds nasty.
