Cause I have bitches!

C is sick.  Yesterday she spent all afternoon just laying on me...literally doing nothing with her eyes open just enough to gaze around now and then.  I don't think she's been that still while awake, ever.  Popsicle for dinner and she was happy for a while and went to bed without a problem.  Woke up once in a night.  Her temp is pretty low, but this morning she's all tears, refusing to eat/drink anything, and keeps grabbing at her throat.  Poor thing has little white dots that speak to possible strep, so I'm hanging at home until 8 with her and DH to call for a doc's appt.  Anytime we try to give her motrin, she gets so mad at being made to swallow that she makes herself throw up!  I sincerely hope they have an early, early appt. available and can give her magic pain meds, and some antibiotics.  Baby girl needs some fluid! It's also quarter end at work, so I have to go to work, and it sucks because I'd rather stay home with her.  Boo!

Poor baby! Hope she feels better soon. I can relate to her. I have been sick this entire weekend. I have every symptom available (lucky me) including cough, sore throat, stuffy nose, headache and a reoccurring fever. My Dr office was closed all weekend so I am anxiously waiting until 8 to call and see what they can do for this. Being sick while pregnant is just awful!

So I'm up here in ND where we are suppose to get this big blizzard. I wake up and there's no snow and then I get a call at 615 saying there's no school. So let's get this straight the school waited until 615 this morning to call a snow day and there's no snow?! So why couldn't they call last night so I could sleep in!

I can't decide which is worse... DS #1 sat SO high up while pregnant that he broke two ribs at 7 months. This DS#2 is so freaking low that I literally feel like I rode a horse cross country. Bareback. My inner thighs, my lady business, my entire pelvis woke up on fire. At least with #1 I could have sex and get my mind off it for a half hour. 11 More weeks of this! Ouch.

@LoHerrim, is there a place for you to comment/respond to reviews?  I don't have a FB page, but I know on other review sites I have been on, you can respond to the review (usually to say thank you or something positive).  You could always write a "I'm so sorry you were not satisfied with our business, however I have no recollection of ever photographing you and don't show a contract in any of my files so if you could explain why you were unhappy, we would love to make it right!"

@LoHerrim hopefully potential customers will discount those reviews. Personally whenever I'm researching a company or a product I hunt out the bad reviews or ratings and look for what/why. The ratings that people don't bother to write anything for I usually discount. If you're giving a bad rating or review, you should justify why. Likewise if a review/rating is poor and it is for something that has nothing to do with a product or service, I discount those as well. I really only take the ones into account that provide some reason or explanation for the rating- good or bad. I hope there are more people out there who do this too.
But I agree with what @BeesTimesThree‌ said about responding to the bogus ones.

My bitch today is that it's day 1 back at work after a week off. You would think I was a brain surgeon... seriously people, I'm an admin. I schedule meetings and order office supplies. F-in chill with your over the top "OHMIGOD! I can't believe you were out for a week" BS. I just keep repeating "10 more weeks" in my head over and over again.

Mine is also work related. My replacement started today. I can't help but feel replaced. If I take my full mat leave, she will have been here for 15months compared to the 7 I will have before leaving. Am worried I won't have a job to come back to.

@kristaj - that sucks! I'm sorry... I would probably feel the same way as you! As for repeating "10 more weeks" in my head, I go from being happy that I will be out of work in ~10 weeks to freaking the F out thinking "holy sh*t! I only have ~10 more weeks before baby is here?!" Glad to know I'm not the only one feeling this way!

This.  I will finally make it to 28 weeks tomorrow.  Then only 12 more weeks.  I make myself feel better knowing that 37 weeks is considered full term, so it could possibly be only 9 more weeks.

I feel like the time between 23 and 28 took forever. This morning I had an "oh crap it's happening soon" moment and then I remember it is still 12-ish more weeks and go back to procrastinating.

My bitch is the crazy back pain that I have been dealing with for almost a week now. It's not normal lower back pregnancy pain - it's almost like I tweaked something because it's only on one side, sort of in the middle of my back, right beneath the shoulder blade. That, plus the sciatica that comes and goes, is making it near impossible for me to function today.

My bitch for the day, because Mondays aren't bad enough. A co-worker and I have a mutual friend who is engaged to another co-worker (long story) anyways my co-worker, lets call him Dick comes up to me today, gives me the ole eye sweep over the belly then proceeds to tell me that he saw our friend on the weekend who is due at the end of July and that she is so much smaller, just a tiny little bump, nothing compared to me..... like really, wtf! when did that become an appropriate thing to say to anyone let alone a pregnant woman. Let alone she is super thin and at least 6" taller than me. I just want to punch him in the junk HARD!!

Ate a pot luck lunch... Took my afternoon Zofran. Left work 10 minutes early because the nausea was so intense I could feel vomit creeping up my throat.. Raced home with seconds to spare and puked my brains out. Makes me stabby to be puking still at 31 weeks. Ugh.

My bitch is that I feel like a hermit. We have been staying at the lake since Thursday, which is nice and all, except it has been raining the entire time. I have absolutely no internet/cell service just a generator when DH feels like starting it up. I'm only able to be on here right now because I'm in town running errands and doing laundry.

I am sorry your toe hurts, but this made me laugh so hard!  If it makes you feel better, today I had a "bending over to pick up a pen that I dropped" accident and still have a sore muscle in my side.  Stupid (lovely) babies making life difficult!

He pitches a fit and ends up saying how he hates girls, while the father (who may be filming?) says he felt similar disappointment.

I saw this in my FB feed today and it horrifies me, especially the confused, subdued reactions of the two little sisters. Part of me wants to snark and ask whether this was a video of You-Know-Who-Mommy's reveal to her fiance, but another huge part of me just wants to kick sexism in the a$$.

Ughhhhhhh!  I could only watch a minute of it.  Why the beep did they keep filming?  Gross.  And the dad?  Double-gross.

My bitchfest is pretty lamesville: my husband is driving me nutso.  I do not know if we have been spending too much time together or what but EVERYTHING he does is getting on my nerves.  We left our birth class tonight and I had to stop at Walgreens to get some Sudafed.  He followed me (we drove there separately) and came in and then just followed me around the store.  I was like, "dude, I got this".  It was weird and annoying.  That is all.

Also- for the record, he does not normally follow me around or check on me or anything creepy like that.

This wind is crazy! My daughter doesn't even want to play outside during the day and my dogs give me sad looks when I make them go out haha. But at least it's not earthquakes? I was at my parents this weekend and it was quake after quake there!
