My stepfather and I were simply trying to bring a life saving device to the market. We sought the feedback and support of parents from these forums. If thats' considered spam than we don't know what to say. The fact is, one child will die every 10 days due to vehicular heat stroke. Apparently our efforts to stop this is considered "spam" and deleted.

I accidentally locked my keys and kids in a hot car.  It was absolutely terrifying and probably the worst moment of my life.  It was scary how quickly they became lethargic.  I had planned on keeping DD1 (5) in a 5 point harness car seat for at least another year, but when she couldn't unbuckle herself I decided she would be safer in a booster.
The 911 dispatch told me to break the window with a rock.  It was covered by insurance.

Thanks to that article, remembering my daughter is in the car with me is on my mind constantly. Which is both a blessing and a curse because that worst case scenario is always right there in the forefront of my mind.

Me too. I read it years ago and there are descriptions in it that still give me chills.

I know we were warned about the article. But, I am at work and read it and cried. It was awful and such an important read. Poor babies
