Can we just call my first post here a miscommunication fustercluck? I read back through it and realized I should have just mentioned that I found a brand of diaper I like and not the name. I didn't translate my thoughts into posts well nor did I communicate well.

Can we move past it because I really do want suggestions to expand my stash and I don't want to argue! I'm sorry for not listening and for overreacting. Not an excuse but I'm PMSing just waiting for cycle #22 to start.

My standard suggestion is to invest in some flats. They are among the cheapest and are a true one side diaper because you fold then differently to fit growing babies. Even if not the main part of tour stash, they can fill in the gaps, such as when moving from newborn to onesize, when dealing with a yeast rash, or when traveling.

Eh, no big deal IMO. Mistakes are made and I can see how you might have felt attacked. I haven't been diapering my baby for very long but I used prefolds for nb and I really liked my Thirsties cover. It fit well. I am using gmd workhorses for overnight. Daytime now is pockets. Assunta, Kawaii HD2, Blueberry Deluxe, and a single Rumparooz. I'll not a fan of Fuzzibunz.

Hmmmm. Just hang out and lurk, we talk about diapers fairly often. Broad questions like "what diapers do you like" are much harder to answer than specific questions like "what is your night time diaper solution".

This board likes to "trouble shoot" too vs brain storm. If that makes sense.

OP, what you are now experiencing is the famous MK thread hijack. She does that shit all the time.
We use mostly BG Freetimes, but I love best bottoms. They were our ON diaper till just recently. We are now exploring fitteds and they rock.

Maybe it's the pregnancy hormones (or my own sick need to be cool), but I'm irrationally proud of the fact that I do actually know why MK=Chickypoo.

Also, yes, fitteds are the most wonderful overnight option, and I'm not entirely sure my sanity could have handled cloth without them.

Thanks ladies. I do a cycle check in on SIF a MNs a weekly check in the adoption board but I'll check it out here.

MK, I'm not rehashing just moving forward. It's cool though. You remind me a good friend if mine over on SIF so we'll probably end up getting along pretty well ;-)

Okay, admittedly I didn't read yesterday's thread until this morning (pumping entertainment), because I'm a jerk and often don't read intros. I just expect to see new names post on threads, and that's how I get to "know" new people.

Anyway, I looked up Sassybumz (sp? I hate when WAHM use z instead of s!), and they look adorable! Along with the sassypants! They look well-made and loved, based on their FB following. Very reminiscent of Twinkie Tush, just newer and still getting established.

So, in the end OP, you expanded our horizons! They look like a good fitted option. Hope you stick around and tell us how you like 'em if you try them out!
